Exchange or refund requests are permitted within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
All returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the official regulations and decisions issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Health.
Important Terms & Conditions
A valid purchase invoice or receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
For payments made via credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card under the cardholder’s name, subject to the processing timeframe determined by the issuing bank.
For international orders: Payment must be made in advance, and pricing is calculated based on the official exchange rate on the date of purchase.
For returned international orders, the following amounts will be deducted from the refund after inspection and confirmation that the products are in good condition:
Shipping and delivery fees
Any customs duties or taxes paid
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
All medications (in any form), vitamins, dietary supplements, and pharmaceutical products, in accordance with Ministry of Health Circular No. (2/2012).
Electronic devices require prior inspection before return approval.
Additional Notes
AMAD reserves the right to amend or cancel any order in the event of a technical error or product unavailability, after directly contacting the customer.
Products eligible for return must be in their original condition (unused, with intact packaging, labels, and outer carton).
